The rental time is your total party time. Coached instruction and games take place within that time, leaving room for food, gifts and celebrating.

What makes an Urban Warriors birthday different?
Your party gets the whole facility.
That means room for your group to move, play and celebrate together. Our coaches lead the instruction and games included in your package, bringing the Urban Warriors spirit of challenge, teamwork and encouragement into the birthday fun.

What can we do at the party?
Urban Warriors birthday activities include obstacle courses, teamwork games, night runs and Nerf battles.

Can we bring food, drinks and cake?
Yes bring your own food and drinks for the celebration. Limited fridge space is available; check with the team if you need to refrigerate something.
We do not provide food, plates or utensils, so include those in your party supplies.
Alcohol and drugs are not permitted.
Is the gym private during our party?
Yes. The entire gym is reserved for your party during your scheduled rental.
You’ll have space for warrior action, food, gifts and spending time together.
What ages can participate?
Birthday activities are for participants ages 5 and up.
Choose your package based on the number taking part. The Small Group package accommodates up to 16 participants with additional-participant charges; the Standard Group package accommodates up to 20.
Do participants need a waiver?
Yes. Every participant must complete a waiver.
We also ask everyone participants, parents, family and guests to be kind and respectful to the coaches, staff and each other. Participants who do not follow the rules may be removed from activities.
What should we know about cleanup?
Please clean up food, drinks, decorations and rubbish before your scheduled rental ends.
A $100 cleanup fee applies if these messes remain at the end of your rental. Plan time for cleanup within your party booking.
