KIds Classes
Sessions are 1 hour long, and always start with a full warm up to get mind and body ready to go. We use challenges, courses, games, and unique setups to hone our skills, build conditioning, and work on communication and teamwork. The program puts emphasis on the idea of being able to apply the skills learned in class to all aspects of daily life. Everything we teach at Urban Warriors goes back to thinking beyond our selves. Instead of just thinking of your self, helping others through leadership and encouragement.
We use challenges to find out what our warriors are capable of and teamwork to train them how to apply it beyond themselves – and the endless FUN blends it all together. We limit our class sizes to 12 per qualified L2 level instructor. This is to insure each child gets proper attention and instruction time and to maintain safety.
By focusing on adaptation over muscle memory, Urban Warriors builds coordination that translates to learning new physical skills quicker. From jumping wide gaps to team work games our youth are consistently engaging in challenges that build confidence, and resiliency. In school, there’s no running, no climbing, no yelling etc. In Urban Warriors, its almost the opposite we allow kids to release pent up energy in a productive way.
