Prepare families before the party
When organising a birthday at the Tukwila gym, make the participant requirement part of the invitation details. A clear message can include the venue, address, scheduled party time, participant age minimum and the need for a waiver.

Participation and conduct
The birthday rules ask everyone—participants, parents, family and guests—to be kind and respectful to coaches, staff and one another. They also state that participants who do not follow the rules may be removed from activities.
Protect the time you booked
Your rental includes the entire party period. Coached instruction and games take place within it, alongside food, gifts and cleanup. Sharing requirements ahead of time helps families arrive knowing what the visit involves.
