Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 15, 2026
These terms explain the Urban Warriors website, booking process and general expectations for services. “Urban Warriors,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the business operating the gym at 709 Industry Dr, Tukwila, WA 98188. Questions can be sent to urbanandwarriors@gmail.com or discussed by calling (253) 981-3036.
Your selected program may also have a registration agreement, participation waiver, booking confirmation or checkout terms. Review those documents before committing to a purchase. They describe the specific service you are buying. These website terms do not retroactively replace an existing agreement or reduce rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
1. Using the website
You may use the website to learn about Urban Warriors, contact the team and access booking or purchase services. Use it lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your authority to register a participant, submit malicious content, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use information from the site for unlawful solicitation.
Keep credentials for any booking or customer account private. Tell the relevant provider and our team promptly if you believe an account or booking has been used without permission.
2. Website information and availability
Programs, schedules, staffing, capacity and future availability may change. A page describing a program is not a reservation. Review the current appointment or checkout details and retain your confirmation. Contact us promptly if you notice an error or a conflict between a page and your confirmation.
We aim to keep information accurate, but the website may contain errors, omissions or outdated descriptions. Corrections to a page do not by themselves authorize a different charge or retroactively change a completed purchase. Any change affecting an existing booking will be handled under the applicable agreement and law.
Website access may be interrupted by maintenance, outages or problems with third-party services. If the booking tool is unavailable, contact the team for help. Website descriptions and educational content are general information, not individualized medical advice.
3. Eligibility, guardians and first visits
Book the appropriate age group, experience level and appointment type. A parent or legal guardian must handle a minor’s registration and required permission. If you book for someone else, you must be authorized to provide their information and make the booking.
Free introductory visit: the free Demo lasts approximately 30 minutes and includes an introduction, tour and mini lesson. The website’s “Try A Free Class” introductory offer refers to this appointment. Full group-class trial: the separate one-hour trial is $35. Check the appointment name, duration and amount before confirming.
Follow the booking confirmation and arrival instructions. Complete the required waiver and any other registration steps before participation. A submitted inquiry alone does not confirm a reservation, and a booking is subject to the confirmation and requirements supplied for that appointment.
Discuss individual support needs and any concern affecting participation with the team before booking. Class placement and possible accommodations are considered individually. No description of a class guarantees suitability for every participant.
4. Prices and payments
The Memberships & Class Pricing page is the reference for published class options. Program-specific pages and checkout screens provide the relevant event or appointment price. Review the final amount, any applicable taxes and disclosed fees before authorizing payment.
The current pricing page lists a required uniform and payment-method fees. Confirm what applies to your purchase. A payment processor’s own conditions may also apply. Submit payment credentials only through the designated payment service; do not send them to us by ordinary email.
If you believe a charge is wrong or a payment has been duplicated, contact us with the transaction date and confirmation reference. Do not send a full card number. Contacting us does not waive any payment-dispute right you have under law or your payment provider’s rules.
5. Memberships, class credits and recurring billing
Memberships and class cards are different products. Before enrolling, confirm the eligible participant, included classes, billing period, class-credit reset date, reservation requirements, expiry, transferability and cancellation or pause conditions. Four classes in a month and one class each week are not necessarily the same allowance.
Any recurring billing must be authorized under the enrollment or payment terms presented for that plan. A general website visit or acceptance of these website terms does not itself authorize recurring charges. The applicable agreement should identify the amount or calculation method, billing frequency and how to stop renewal.
Review and retain your enrollment agreement. Contact us before a requested membership change so the team can explain the applicable terms and confirm receipt. A marketing unsubscribe request does not cancel a paid membership or an existing appointment.
6. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
Cancellation, pause, rescheduling and refund conditions depend on the purchased service and the agreement or checkout terms accepted for it. Review them before paying. If the conditions are missing or unclear, ask us to provide them in writing.
Send change requests to urbanandwarriors@gmail.com with the participant’s name, booking or plan details, and requested change. Use any designated cancellation method identified in your agreement as well. Retain a copy and obtain confirmation if you are unsure the request was received.
Refund eligibility and any applicable credit are determined by the relevant purchase terms and legal requirements. This page does not impose a new cancellation deadline, retroactive fee or blanket forfeiture of payments.
7. Attendance and gym closures
Under the published group-class attendance policy, no makeup class is provided when a student misses class. A makeup class is available when Urban Warriors closes a scheduled class; contact the team to arrange the applicable session. Camps, birthday parties and private sessions may have separate change or cancellation conditions.
Weather, emergencies, facility problems or other circumstances may affect a session. Follow communications from the team and your booking terms. A closure notice does not automatically override a refund or other remedy required by the applicable agreement or law.
8. Participation, supervision and conduct
Parkour, acrobatics, martial-arts-based movement and other physical training involve physical challenges and risk. Participants must follow coaching instructions, use equipment only as directed, respect other participants and stay within assigned activities. Do not attempt a movement or use an obstacle without the required coaching permission.
Wear suitable clothing and follow footwear and preparation instructions for the activity. Tell the team promptly about an injury, unsafe condition or other concern. If you have a question about medical readiness, seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before taking part.
Parents and guardians should confirm observation, drop-off, pickup and supervision arrangements for the particular session. Do not assume that a booking includes supervision before or after its scheduled time.
Coaches may pause or restrict an activity when necessary for safety or to address disruptive conduct. Any effect on a paid booking is handled under the applicable agreement and law. No guarantee is made that a participant will achieve a particular skill, level of confidence, fitness result or other outcome.
9. Waivers and personal property
Participation requires the waiver and permissions supplied for the activity. Review them carefully. These website terms do not replace a participation waiver, medical assessment or informed discussion with the team, and merely visiting this website does not create a release of claims for physical participation.
Keep valuables secure and take belongings with you when leaving. Contact the team about lost property. Nothing in this section removes responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
10. Camps and birthday parties
Camp dates, hours, ages, availability and preparation requirements apply to the specific season and session. Expired offers and completed programs are not current availability. Review the camp page and the instructions issued for the session you book.
Birthday packages have their own duration, participant limits, fees and facility-use requirements. The booking adult is responsible for coordinating required permissions and communicating relevant instructions to guests. Review the birthday page and booking conditions for food, decorations, waivers, cleanup and any disclosed additional charges. Do not assume that general class-membership conditions apply to a private event.
11. Website content, photos and reviews
Urban Warriors branding and original website materials, and third-party photographs or content, belong to their respective owners. You may view the site and keep reasonable copies of information needed for your own booking. Commercial republication, misleading use of branding, or use of another person’s image requires the relevant permission.
Reviews describe individual experiences and may refer to an earlier program, age or date. They are not guarantees of your results. If you identify an inaccurate attribution or have a concern about a photo, testimonial or identifying detail, contact us with the page address.
These website terms do not grant a new right to use a participant’s likeness for advertising. Any separately agreed photo or media permission applies according to its own terms.
12. Outside booking, payment and other services
The site links to or includes third-party services, including appointment scheduling, payment checkout, maps, reviews and social media. Their terms and privacy practices may apply when you use them. Urban Warriors does not control their independent operation, but remains responsible for its own obligations to you.
Our Privacy Policy explains information practices associated with the website and customer interactions. Read the applicable provider notice before submitting information to an outside service.
13. Legal rights and resolving concerns
Please contact us first about an unresolved service, billing or website concern so we can review it. Include the relevant booking or transaction reference and the outcome you are requesting. This invitation does not require you to give up access to a regulator, payment dispute process or court, and does not shorten a legal deadline.
These website terms are governed by Washington law and applicable federal law, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. This page does not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protections. Website availability statements do not eliminate obligations under a paid-service agreement.
14. Changes and interpretation
We may update these website terms and will change the date at the top. Material changes to an existing purchase or recurring-payment authorization must follow the applicable agreement and law; posting new website terms alone does not retrospectively alter a completed purchase.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in exercising a right is not automatically a waiver of that right. If a specific service agreement conflicts with this general page, contact us for clarification; mandatory legal protections continue to apply.
