Choose the class by age first

The kids program has two age bands, so a six-year-old and an eleven-year-old have different starting points on the timetable. Both kids groups attend one-hour classes built around movement, challenges and teamwork.

Participant Starting point
Ages 6–8 Kids 6–8 class
Ages 9–12 Kids 9–12 class
Teens and adults General teen/adult session
Birthday participants ages 5+ Private birthday activities

Age and experience are different questions

Being in the correct age group does not make every session on the schedule a beginner class. Sessions labelled intermediate, advanced or Clans-only have different participation requirements. Choose the general age-appropriate option for an introductory booking.

A first visit before a regular routine

A free 30-minute demo gives your family a tour, a program introduction and a mini lesson. A $35 trial is a full one-hour group class. Use the first visit to see the setting, meet a coach and talk about your child's experience. The age-5 birthday policy does not establish an age-5 exception for weekly kids classes.
