How does Urban Warriors structure coaching and movement practice?

Urban Warriors · Tukwila, Washington · Coaching and confidence

Urban Warriors kids classes in Tukwila use a full warm-up, coached movement challenges and groups limited to 12 students per qualified Level 2 instructor. The program combines skill practice with listening, teamwork and adapting to challenges. These describe the class structure; they do not make physical activity risk-free.

Start with the class structure

The kids program begins with a full warm-up before moving into challenges, courses and games. Activities give students opportunities to practise skills, make decisions and adjust how they approach a task. Coaching is part of that process.

Group size matters to the experience

The current Kids Classes page states a limit of 12 students per qualified Level 2 instructor. This is the published kids-class limit, not a claim about the capacity of birthday parties, camps or every other activity at the facility.

Communication is part of participation

Urban Warriors emphasises listening, encouragement and working with others. A movement challenge is also a chance to recognise when someone needs help or to practise patience while learning a skill. Share your child's experience and concerns at the first visit so the coach has useful context.

See the environment before choosing

The free demo includes a tour, program overview and mini lesson. It lets your family meet a coach and see how the program is presented. A full trial provides the one-hour class experience. Choose the appropriate age group and prepare with comfortable clothes, water and athletic shoes.
