Plan for the appointment you booked
The free demo lasts about 30 minutes and includes a tour, program overview and mini lesson. A trial is a one-hour group class and costs $35. Trial participants are asked to arrive 10 minutes early for the waiver and preparation.
Bring comfortable movement clothes, water and athletic shoes. Leave enough time to find the entrance rather than using the scheduled class start as your arrival target.
