A simple first-class checklist

  • Clothes: choose an outfit your child can comfortably bend, reach and move in.
  • Shoes: bring athletic shoes with laces, and follow the coach's instructions for the activity.
  • Water: bring a water bottle.
  • Arrival: allow 10 minutes before a trial to complete the waiver and get ready.

Dress for movement

Urban Warriors classes involve challenges, courses, games and movement practice. Comfortable clothes help your child participate without an outfit getting in the way. The current FAQ specifically advises against skirts and dresses.

First visit versus membership uniform

The published first-visit instructions ask for comfortable movement clothes. The separate membership pricing page lists a required $40 uniform. These are different stages: prepare for the introductory appointment using the first-visit instructions, then include the uniform in your budget when reviewing membership.

Know which appointment you booked

A demo lasts about 30 minutes and includes a tour, introduction and mini lesson. A trial is a full one-hour class. Check your booking confirmation for the appointment time and age group so you arrive prepared for the right visit.
