Do we need a waiver before a trial class?

Urban Warriors · Tukwila, Washington · Getting started

Urban Warriors asks trial-class participants to arrive 10 minutes early to sign the waiver and get ready. The trial itself lasts one hour. Birthday activities also require a waiver for every participant; allow for that requirement when planning a group visit to the Tukwila gym.

Allow preparation time before the class

The published trial instructions separate arrival from training time. For a one-hour trial, arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start so the waiver and preparation do not take up your class time.

Check the appointment confirmation for the booked age group and start time. Bring comfortable movement clothes, athletic shoes and water. The gym address is 709 Industry Dr, Tukwila, WA 98188.

Keep the appointment types distinct

A trial is a full group class. A free demo is a separate 30-minute introduction with a tour and mini lesson. Read the instructions for the appointment you actually booked rather than treating the two visits as interchangeable.

For birthday organisers

The birthday rules require a waiver from every participant, not simply one form from the person booking the party. Tell participating families about the requirement when you share the venue, time and party details. The package's rental duration includes the whole party, so good preparation helps protect the time for coached games and celebrating.

The official booking and birthday pages are the relevant starting points for the visit you are planning.
