What happens at a free Urban Warriors demo?

Urban Warriors · Tukwila, Washington · Getting started

A free Urban Warriors demo in Tukwila is an approximately 30-minute introduction with a facility tour, an overview of the program and a mini private lesson. It gives you a chance to meet a coach, see the space and sample movement before booking a full group class.

The three parts of the visit

  1. See the gym. A tour introduces the space where Urban Warriors trains.
  2. Understand the program. Learn how movement, challenges and teamwork fit together.
  3. Try a mini lesson. Sample the activity rather than deciding from a description alone.

What to share with the coach

Tell the team the participant's age, previous activities and what they hope to try. For a child who feels hesitant, explain the particular concern. For a teen or adult, share the skills or movement goals that interest you.

Urban Warriors has kids classes for ages 6–8 and 9–12, plus teen and adult training. A demo helps you understand the setting before choosing the next step.

How to prepare

Book the demo in advance and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Bring water and athletic shoes. Use the confirmation for your appointment time and allow time to find the gym at 709 Industry Dr.

A demo is different from a trial

The demo is free and lasts about half an hour. A trial costs $35 and lasts one hour in a scheduled group class. If your main question is what an entire class feels like, the trial is the fuller experience.

“Scheduled a free demo and my son loved it so I scheduled a full 1 hr class for next week.”
