What to compare with group training
Private coaching is described as one-on-one training. Group classes offer a different setting, with shared challenges, practice and feedback. Urban Warriors in Tukwila also has a free introductory demo, but its mini lesson and 30-minute visit are not the same product as a one-hour private session.
Prepare a useful training goal
When arranging coaching, describe the participant's age, experience and what they want to work on. A specific interest gives the team more context than simply asking for a harder class. The membership page links to private-lesson appointments and the team's contact options.
