What is Next-Gen at Urban Warriors?
Urban Warriors · Tukwila, Washington · The program
Next-Gen is Urban Warriors’ more demanding training curriculum, described as faster-paced work across multiple disciplines and four levels that build on one another. The published program lists capoeira/MMA, grappling, staff work and complementary training. It is distinct from the basic introductory experience at the Tukwila gym.

A different stage of the program
The Next-Gen page describes pushing movement abilities further through a curriculum with four levels. Each level has its own theme alongside the broader training and challenges. The program continues to emphasise enjoyment while increasing the demands of the work.
What the published curriculum includes
- Capoeira/MMA influences.
- Basic and intermediate grappling.
- Staff training.
- Complementary work connecting the disciplines.
These are curriculum descriptions, not a promise that every session includes every item. The page does not provide a complete public lesson-by-lesson syllabus.
How to read the schedule
The timetable separately identifies sessions as intermediate, advanced or Clans-only. Those labels should not be ignored when choosing a class. A general first visit and an advanced training session serve different purposes.
